"As much as I know that grades are important, I feel that actual hands on experience in a lab is really critical to my academic career at UF. It's important to me to gain the skills I need to be successful in my field, and I want the ability to be a useful part of all my future research teams."

Research Description

Radiation Effects on Semiconductor Devices
We are simulating the effects of radiation on electronic devices in order to better understand how to protect them from becoming compromised. This is applicable to devices in satellites, as they are exposed to the high radiation levels outside of our atmosphere.
