Dr. Marina Klimenko is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Florida, teaching Developmental Psychology, Research Methods lab, and Psychology and Public Policy. She received her PhD from the University of Georgia in 2013 and won the CLAS Faculty Advising award at UF in 2018. Research teams allow dynamic interaction between faculty, post-docs, graduate students, laboratory staff, and undergraduate research assistants. Dr. Klimenko’s developmental research focuses on moral development and intersubjectivity. In addition, Dr. Klimenko is interested in effects of media and video games.
Dr. Klimenko supported undergraduate student Andre Gaillot on a project titled From Villains and Psychopaths to Superheroes and Everything in Between presented at the 2020 Florida Undergraduate Research Conference.
