Applied Theatre for ADHD Collective

This project will evaluate the impact and significance of Applied Theatre exercises in ADHD management. We will conduct Applied Theater workshops over six consecutive weeks with adults diagnosed with ADHD. The group will meet to explore ADHD management through theatre games and improvisational exercises. The exercises will aim to strengthen participants’ executive functioning and social skills to improve ADHD symptom management.
