Why I got involved with research

I want to combine my two passions, art history and classical music, and highlight how the two are relevant within the context of each other.

Research Project

21st Century Symphony Programming – Methods and Impacts of Visual Element Implementation

Traditional methods of presenting classical music can be insular and monotonous. This research project will study how implementation of visual elements, such as dance, film, still photography, and virtual reality in 21st-century symphony programming impacts the accessibility of classical music, creates diversity in artistic content, and develops demographic engagement.
