Oxalate Spot Testing Insights from a Variety of Oxalate-Containing Meals

Urinary oxalate is a vital component of 24 hour urine supersaturation profiles and a major driving force for renal crystallization. We aim to determine compliance with low oxalate diet and the importance of oxalate spikes for predicting stone risk by measuring consecutively voided urine oxalate concentration in individuals eating a range of oxalate-containing foods.
