Analyzing spectra in G0.253+0.016

G0.253+0.016 or “The Brick” is a region of high mass and density, yet curiously shows little to no star formation. Despite having the mass to form a young massive cluster, the future of the region is uncertain. I will reduce GTC data of stars in the region to classify them and try to find interesting spectral lines.
