Doctor-patient cancer communication through telemedicine during COVID-19

The aim of this research project is to understand patients’ experiences with telemedicine during COVID-19 as well as analyze patients’ concerns and question about COVID-19 through analysis of secure messages. The goal is to provide guidance for oncologists to better communicate with their patients through telemedicine.
