Sunset or Sunrise? Framing the Science and Policy of Rooftop Solar PV in Florida

A mixed-methods research project using data analysis and in-person interviews to explore viable policy options that may accelerate the transition from fossil fuel-dependent energy generation towards renewable rooftop solar PV in Florida. This will include a cross-sectional analysis of high-achieving states in the U.S., as well as Germany, to understand how Florida might learn from, and potentially leapfrog, other national and international leaders.
