Using Analytical Chemistry Methods in Ceramic Analysis to Determine Provenance and Production of Pottery in the Caribbean Islands?

My project is focused on the production and provenance of pottery across the Caribbean analyzed with analytical chemistry methods. This includes X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, and laser ablation methods. Pottery and clay samples are sourced from various parts of the Caribbean including The Bahamas, Cuba, and additional sites. There will be a special focus on Palmetto ware production in The Bahamas.
