Developing a Novel ELISA to Quantify Dopamine Transporter Levels in Human Immune Cells?

I am creating a novel ELISA to detect Dopamine Transporter (DAT) i’m immune cells. I have already created a novel ELISA a to detect Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH). By using these ELISAs, I hope to compare the levels of TH and DAT between healthy and Parkinson’s disease patients.
