Research Project

Interdisciplinary Approaches to the Investigation of Cancer Cells

Nearly 90% of cancer death is caused by cancer metastasis. Successful identification the “regulator(s)” and “switch(s)” of the onset of metastasis can significantly improve precise medicine and therapies for cancer treatment. In this project, we will investigate how physical and chemical parameters influence the cancer cells growth, invasion and metastasis in body. Using multidisciplinary scientific approaches, we design and develop new tools to tackle these questions.
