Biography

Layal is a fourth-year Industrial and Systems Engineering undergraduate student. She has done research in the Human Systems Lab of the ISE department pertaining to eye-tracking in a driving simulator. Layal recently completed an internship in Lean Manufacturing at ABB, a top global electrification company. She serves as the Programming Vice President of the UF Arab Students Association, and has served on the board for three consecutive years. She has a strong passion for helping others and learning new things. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, crafts, and spending time with friends.
