She is committed to creating and supporting programs that help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in research and beyond. During this time, she worked as a student assistant in the center and later became the student manager of the Emerging Scholars Program. Her work in the office, and as an undergraduate researcher in history, inspired her to pursue a PhD in Higher Education Administration (also at UF), with a focus on experiential learning, especially undergraduate research.  Driven by a passion for improving the undergraduate experience, Olivia seeks to make meaningful contributions to the field of higher education, particularly in fostering research opportunities and supporting student success!
