Biography


Arielle Dicang is a senior majoring in Biology with a minor in Bioinformatics. She currently works as a research assistant under the guidance of Dr. Russ Holger in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics. In the Russ Lab, she investigates thymic development and studies the therapeutic potential of BCL2 mRNA in enhancing cell survival and transplantation outcomes. Outside of CURBS, Arielle volunteers with UF HealthStreet, where she promotes participation in clinical research, and interns with the Florida Professionals in Infection Control. In her free time, she enjoys photography and performing with her dance team.
