Biography

Caroline Yurkiewicz is a senior majoring in Psychology. She is currently assisting with a clinical trial in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department that is examining the effects of ketogenic and Mediterranean diets on bone and muscle health in older adults. Outside of CURBS, Caroline is involved in Global Medical Brigades, volunteers on the pediatric unit of Shands with Footprints, and works as an Ophthalmology Technician. In her free time, she enjoys working out, listening to music, trying new restaurants, and travelling.
