UF SYMPOSIA
The Undergraduate Research Symposia is a chance for students to present their research. All areas of research are accepted, and this is a great opportunity for students to present their summer work, such as research done at an REU, abroad, or at the University of Florida. Presenting at the symposium gives students valuable presentation experience, as well as a place to network and learn about research in a variety of fields. Guests with all levels of experience are welcome to explore the symposium, too!
For any additional questions, please contact the CUR office at CUR@aa.ufl.edu
The Center for Undergraduate Research hosts two research symposia annually. The Fall Symposium by the CURBS offers a smaller venue for presentations, best for early career students. The Spring Symposium is our largest offering, where we host sessions with over 500 posters. Any University of Florida undergraduate student can apply. To do so, students must submit their final abstract, professional headshot, and signed mentor approval form by the deadline.
