Isabel Perea

Biography
Isabel is a second-year majoring in Health Science with a minor in Science Education. As a UF College of Medicine University Scholar, she is researching the impact of aging and exercise on circadian rhythms in human health. She plans to pursue an MD and/or PhD, aiming to further explore the intersection between biology and age-related diseases. Outside of CURBS, she engages in Alachua County schools as a GHS intern, MentorGNV tutor, and Gators for Gainesville volunteer. She enjoys reading, weight lifting, hiking, swimming (Club Swim!), and listening to music.
