Katelyn Diser
Biography
Hello! Katelyn is a Biochemistry major and Health Disparities in Society minor. She conducts her research under the College of Veterinary medicine with a focus on analyzing the health effects of levels of fluorocarbons in soil and water samples. She joined CURBS because she wanted to continue her research experiences from a summer internship at the university. Additionally, she was eager to find a community of individuals who would encourage her endeavors and spread their love for research across campus. On top of her involvement in CURBS, Katelyn finds time to be a part of Florida Cicerones, the Chemistry Club Outreach Program, and Phi Mu. A fun fact about her is that she has two different size feet!
