Biography

Max Azzariti is a second-year Nutritional Sciences major on the pre-dental track. Max previously conducted research on precision ketogenic therapy for treating epilepsy in a Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experience, and he recently joined the Taft lab, where he will aid in a project on simulating in vitro infant digestive systems to test various nutritional sources. Outside of CURBS, Max serves on the board of directors for Pre-dental ASDA, is an active member of the Reformed University Fellowship, and spends his summers volunteering at Wings of Eagles Ranch, an equine-assisted therapy center for children with special needs. In his free time, he enjoys lifting, playing guitar, and hiking.
