Biography

Sammie Smith is a senior majoring in Psychology and Education Sciences, specializing in Schools, Society, and Policy. She is currently developing her honors thesis under the mentorship of Dr. Taryrn Brown, researching advanced academic programs within high schools. After undergrad, she plans to complete a Master’s in School Counseling. Outside of CURBS, she volunteers frequently with Circle K International, represents the College of Education as a Student Ambassador, and is a fellow of the Bob Graham Center. Sammie can also be found attending Gators sporting events, playing trivia, and watching Taskmaster.
